Visually, I don’t think it needs much explanation, but the interplay of the simple forms (which have evolved from a long relationship of making pre-digital forms of a similar shape) may be helpful. There is a gentle optical illusionistic element which adds to the playfulness of the moving version which isn’t present in the still series.
